On Stress Stuff happens. More stuff happens. We get stressed reacting to it. Our stress is not part of life’s events or other people. It’s a feeling, rooted in a thought, that “what is true right now” isn’t ok and must therefore be fixed. Stress is your reaction not to life, but to the story you make up in your head about why life isn’t ok. But life doesn’t care what your opinion is. Learn to see “what is” as separate from your “story” of what is … and stress subsides.
